This Privacy Policy explains how Hosteez Private Limited ("Hosteez", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit hosteez.com, contact us, book a call, or become a client. Hosteez Private Limited is located at Plaza 147, Civic Center, Bahria Town, Islamabad, Pakistan.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, company name, portfolio details and anything else you share when you contact us, book a consultation through our scheduling tool, message us on WhatsApp or email, or sign a service agreement.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring website, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Client and guest data. When we provide services, our clients give us access to systems such as property management software, booking platforms and messaging tools. These contain information about guests, owners and properties. We process this information only on our clients' behalf and under their instructions.

3. Guest data we handle for clients
For guest and owner information inside our clients' systems, the client is responsible for how that data is collected and used, and Hosteez acts as their service provider. We access it only as needed to perform the agreed services, limit access to the team members working on that client's portfolio, and do not sell it or use it for our own marketing. Guests who want to exercise rights over their data should contact the property manager or host they booked with.
4. Who we share information with
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as scheduling, email, analytics, communication and hosting tools
- The platforms our clients use, as needed to provide services inside them
- Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law
- A buyer or successor if our business is reorganized or sold
We do not sell personal information.
5. International transfers
Hosteez operates in Pakistan and serves clients in many countries. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
6. Security
We use access controls, role-based permissions and confidentiality obligations for our team to protect information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low and act quickly if an issue arises.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, client records for the length of the relationship and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, and client system data only as long as our service agreement requires.
8. Your rights

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children.
